Cordillera Ranch

    Cordillera Ranch is an upscale, exclusive development on more than 8,700 acres located in the Texas Hill Country. During the real estate market explosion in San Antonio and the Hill Country, Cordillera Ranch wanted to strengthen its brand identity and evolve to the area's premier community.

    KGBTexas worked closely with key staff at Cordillera Ranch to identify the brand anchors for the community, as well as the essential characteristics for prospective homeowners. These elements served to enhance the existing brand identity platform. All advertising, media and public relations initiatives reflected this new sense of uniqueness, working to present a seamless brand image and message.
  • Result:

    Cordillera Ranch's enhanced brand identity not only garnered praise and respect in the real estate community but also translated into phenomenal sales results.  In the year after the launch, Cordillera Ranch tripled annual lot sales, received an award from the Greater San Antonio Builder’s Association as the most successful ad campaign for a development, and saw a spike in lot demand and an appreciation of lot values more than 40 percent.
