Challenge:
Enhance coordination and reporting of Insperity’s public relations efforts across the company’s 24 markets, and more fully integrate PR with marketing initiatives to better articulate and leverage the Insperity brand.
Strategy:
Serving as Insperity’s lead corporate PR agency, KGBTexas developed a national plan that effectively tied objectives to strategies across all markets and more fully connected PR efforts to the company’s marketing campaign. In addition to implementing and managing PR efforts in 10 key markets, KGBTexas also oversees the efforts of Insperity’s regional PR agencies.

Result:
This more integrated approach, which included leveraging relationships with the broadcast outlets where Insperity bought ads, resulted in news coverage worth more than $145 million in ad equivalency (not including Internet coverage). We also instituted a systematic way to set goals, monitor efforts and track results across all markets as well as nationally.
