Paloma Blanca Mexican Cuisine

• Challenge:

  How to make a Mexican restaurant stand out in San Antonio - a city filled with Mexican restaurants.

• Strategy:

  KGBTexas created a strategic plan that included focused messaging to the food editors of local, regional and state online and print publications. The plan targeted local TV talk shows featuring cooking segments. KGBTexas also created unique events to garner media interest.

• Result:

  Paloma Blanca has been featured on several local and regional television shows, in magazines and newspapers. Paloma Blanca was also named one of San Antonio's most popular restaurants by Zagat Survey's 2009 Texas Restaurants guide covering restaurants in San Antonio and Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston. Paloma Blanca ranked as the fifth most popular restaurant and was the only Mexican restaurant in the Top 15 restaurants in San Antonio.
